Lazar & Associates can put together teams of linguists with almost any level of security clearance and with specific technical knowledge in physics, military terminology, terrorism, etc. In the past several years, Lazar linguists have been on the ground working in forward positions with U.S. troops in Iraq as translators, in Guantánamo Bay working with interrogators and in various secure locations around the world translating
captured documents, analyzing audio surveillance and other data.

UNITED STATES EMBASSY – BAGHDAD,IRAQ

Our work with the United States Embassy in Baghdad showcases our ability to work on extremely high volume assignments, coordinating a large staff of full-time language translation talent and managing work flow via
a secure site and automated tracking system.  We are currently bound by a Confidentiality Agreement with the Embassy which prevents our discussion of any project details, but we can state that our work with Baghdad highlights our ability to perform in the most sensitive of circumstances with extremely high stakes and stringent time constraints. We have translated documents for the Embassy with a turnaround time of less than 8 hours from inception to delivery, and worked through the night to provide finished documents in time for sensitive meetings in Baghdad.  Providing support services to clients in a War Zone has given us the confidence to say that we know what pressure is and we know the importance of accuracy and timely delivery.  In every circumstance, our linguists and managerial staff have risen to the occasion and earned kudos from civilian and military staff in Iraq. UNITED STATES ARMY – TRICARE EUROPE

We are the exclusive translators for Tricare Europe.  In this capacity, Lazar translates approximately 200 pages per day of medical charts, laboratory reports, notes, etc. for this CONUS-style healthcare provider to U.S. military personnel and their families stationed or being treated throughout Europe.  Lazar has created one of the largest and efficient medical translation teams on the planet and
is serving our country by assuring injured or ill U.S. Army personnel seamless care when they are transferred back to U.S. hospitals after treatment in Europe.   Lazar provides language services in German, French, Italian, Dutch, Greek, Bosnian and other European languages.  We regularly update our Tricare Lexicon to ensure consistent use of terminology and provide Monthly
Reports on all activities to Tricare Administrators.
