- Eliminate the use of paper for internal processes such as invoicing, payroll, memorandums, company notices, meeting notices, etc. Instead, Lazar will focus more on using emails, IMs and text messages to communicate fully internal communication.
- Eliminate physical paychecks and replace them with bank transfers, Paypal payments or other similar paperless systems.
- Replace copy and printing paper with 100% recycled stock.
- Purchase office supplies from environmentally friendly sources including recycled products, soy-ink based toner cartridges, refillable pens, etc.
- Coordinate a paperless content management system that links all of our linguists and Projects Managers via a secure web-based content management system. All glossaries, directions, notes and proofreading data will be digital.

- Lazar will defray the cost of monthly bus and metro passes to those employees who choose to take mass transit to and from our office.
- Provide a monthly bonus to those employees who choose to bike to work.
- Create monetary and other incentives to encourage employees to carpool on a regular basis.
- Transfer electricity needs to environmentally responsible alternatives as much as possible, including programs such as Working Assets, Green Energy, etc.
- Utilize natural light whenever feasible.
